Welcome to Astute Wills. I’m Joshua Young (MSWW), founder of a dedicated will-writing practice based near Farnborough. I provide calm, expert support to help you navigate every stage of estate planning.
My focus is comprehensive, plain-English will writing. I’ll craft documents tailored to your needs and wishes so you can feel confident about the future. Your legacy is my priority, and I’ll guide you from first conversation to final signature.
I’m accredited by The Society of Will Writers, fully insured for £2 million, DBS checked and ICO registered (ZB421373) for your peace of mind. Let’s get started.
Not so fun fact: 31 million UK adults don’t have a Will? Without one, your assets will be distributed using a government flow chart, which more often than not isn’t going to be what you want.
Will Writing
Protect your assets and your loved ones with proper planning. Whether it’s safeguarding wealth until children reach a responsible age, shielding beneficiaries from risks like divorce or debt.
Trust Wills
Placing your home into a trust can be an option when planning for the future, but it's not a decision to take lightly—especially if you're hoping to reduce inheritance tax.
Lifetime Trusts
Starting from £250.00, you can legally appoint trusted individuals to make decisions about your health and finances if you become unable to do so due to incapacity.
Lasting Power of AttorneyAstute Wills have been amazing. I can't recommend Josh highly enough. It can be quite a daunting task to get your will sorted out, and mine wasn't straightforward...Josh dealt with everything with great knowledge and professionalism. I'm very impressed ?
From start to finish the whole process was easy, quick and very painless. Josh was knowledgeable and professional. He made a horrible job actually so much easier than I thought. Clear and precise at all times. I could not recommend him or Astute wills and estate planning enough. Thank you.
Josh drafted up and completed a will for both me and my fiance, quickly, efficiently and without any stress. Talked us through the whole process and laid out all the options giving solid advice. Definitely recommend.
Josh was great! We ran into a couple of technical difficulties but he sorted it all and was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend!
Josh was very professional, calm and guided us through our Will process. Will definitely use him for help with Power of Attorneys.
Josh made making a Will very simple and not scary. Post Will I feel confident my children will be looked after by my parents vs going to the state, for them to decide what’s best for them. It’s scary so few people have a Will. If you have children and want to ensure they are cared for by your selected family or friends, should the worse happen then please speak to Josh. Making a Will with Josh is cost effective and easy. 5 star service.
A very thorough and helpful service with Josh at Astute , he answered all our questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would recommend.
